We all ate salty grissini from the bakery many times, and some may have tried to make them themselves at home. Whether you have a habit of buying or making them, you know how delicious and convenient this pastry is. However, what you absolutely must try is the salty grissini with feta cheese. The taste is phenomenal, and it is convenient to take them to work or pack them for a longer trip. Don't worry, the preparation is much faster than you think.


Ingredients:
-  400 g of flour 
- 250 g of margarine
- 100 ml sour cream
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 bag of baking powder
- salt
- oregano for sprinkling

Preparation:
From the flour, margarine, baking powder, cheese, and sour cream, knead the dough and put it in the fridge to stand for about twenty minutes. After that, transfer the dough to the surface that you previously floured, then roll it into a rectangle with a rolling pin, cut it into sticks with a knife, as wide as you want them to be, and then arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. On each stick, put a little feta cheese that you have previously mashed. Whisk the egg whites and coat each stick with it, and then sprinkle the dough with sea salt and herbs if desired. Bake in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
