That’s why we bring you nine things successful people do before nine in the morning. You don’t have to do them all, but try to introduce a morning routine before going to work because you’ll be more productive throughout the day.

Forget about 'snooze'

If you don’t get out of bed right away you’ll feel even more tired and it will take you sometimes up to two hours to finally wake up. So go to bed at a reasonable time and get up immediately in the morning when the alarm goes off.

Don't skip breakfast

If you skip breakfast for lunch you will eat a huge portion of food (although you may not feel how hungry you really are). So eat a healthy and balanced breakfast that will keep you full until lunch when you eat a reasonable portion.

Make a to-do list

The to-do list is not just for control freaks. It gives us an insight into all the tasks we have to do that day and helps us to schedule work and organize more easily, and thus be more efficient.
