The long-awaited documentary by the famous American rapper Kanye West called " Jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy " has arrived on the Netflix streaming platform. The three-episode documentary follows Kanye's life from the very beginning of his career until today, and you can watch the first episode of 90 minutes on Netflix.

Controversial American rapper Kanye West has finally presented to the public a documentary about his life, which began filming in the early 2000s. The documentary follows Kanye from his earliest beginnings until his rise as a big star.

Kanye has been collecting materials for the past twenty years, and among them are rare and never-before-seen recordings, and even home recordings. The film was directed by two filmmakers Clarence "Coodie" Simmons and Chike Ozah. The two also collaborated with this famous musician on the music video for the song "Through the Wire", which was Kanye's musical breakthrough on MTV in 2003.

The filming of this documentary was supposed to be completed back in the early 2000s when Kanye won his first Grammy Award. However, Kanye West grew from a "neighborhood rapper" to music and fashion artist, so he changed his mind about this big project.

After several wrong attempts at the beginning, the directorial duo finally found a 'common language' with the musician and in recent years has spent even more time with the American rapper, even in the moments of his greatest controversy. In the documentary, we will also have the opportunity to see Kanye's candidacy for president and deep, personal moments such as his struggle with mental health.

It is also interesting that Kanye West himself does not want anyone to watch this documentary. Back in December, he stated that he was not satisfied that the film was released in its current state and that it had to get its final approval before it could be released. However, Netflix, which allegedly bought the film for $ 30 million, did not agree to it, and many already claim that the film is extraordinary, touching, and challenging work.  If you’re interested in the life story of this controversial artist, check it out on the Netflix platform today!
