Rainy Saturday night is ideal for a good movie and all those unhealthy snacks, which are an indispensable part of this ritual. However, instead of reaching for a bag of greasy chips, we suggest that you take half an hour and make a delicious salty snack that you will enjoy with all your senses. We suggest crispy potatoes with melted cheese ...

Ingredients:

  • two large potatoes
  • a few sheets of melted cheese for sandwiches
  • spices to taste
  • one egg
  • soured milk for topping
  • prosciutto or bacon for sprinkling

Preparation:

Wash two large white potatoes well. After that procedure, cut the potatoes from the top into thin round slices, but be careful not to cut the potato in half. Take and coat each piece with beaten egg, then put them on baking paper and put them in the oven at 400°F for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, then put pieces of melted cheese between the potato slices, and return the potato to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the heat of the oven.

Remove and serve with sour milk and pieces of bacon or prosciutto.
