Monday

Breakfast -1 apple sliced ​​with 30 g of flakes and milk

Lunch -1 apple and 2 slices of rye bread with hard-boiled egg and sliced ​​tomato and cheese spread

Snack - yogurt

Dinner -1 apple and roasted couscous chicken with apricots and almonds or mixed vegetables with couscous

Wednesday

Breakfast -1 apple with a small cup of oatmeal with milk and 1 teaspoon of almonds in leaves and a handful of blueberries

Lunch -1 apple and a mushroom or cheese omelette with salad

Dinner -1 apple with mixed, fried vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, onion, ralčica, etc.), a portion of brown rice (1 cup), and a little soy sauce 

Thursday

Repeat meals as the first and second day.

Friday

Breakfast -1 apple and 30 grams of sugar-free muesli with skim milk

Lunch -1 apple and 2 slices of rye bread with thin slices of cheese and pickles

Dinner -1 apple and one large tomato filled with 30 g of grated cheese and onion and baked on a grill pan

Saturday

Repeat meals as the first and second day.

Sunday

An apple-free day during which you are allowed to eat in moderation whatever you want, including a piece of cake.
