You must have heard the saying 'one apple a day drives a doctor away' at least once, and numerous researches confirm that it is not just grandma's advice. Apple peel helps build muscle, lowers cholesterol and keeps blood sugar levels in balance, and has been shown to affect overall health and longevity. Namely, those who regularly consume this precious fruit have as much as a 20% lower chance of getting a heart attack .

Apples contain many fibers that form in the gel and thus prevent the body from absorbing sugar too quickly and reduce the feeling of hunger, while pectin helps lower cholesterol and blocks the desire for food for up to four hours. Apple is a natural laxative for all those with constipation. It contains phytochemicals with antioxidant properties, which help fight the aging of the body.

The apple diet does not focus on giving up food, and you can lose 5 kilograms a week with it. Just be careful not to eat more than 5 apples a day.
