The joy of the fans of Jon Bon Jovi (59) lasted only a few minutes at last night's concert in Miami Beach.

While the cheering fans were waiting for the first notes of the band Bon Jovi, just before the performance, Jon's brother Matt took the stage and said that the singer was covid positive.

It was supposed to be a performance on the occasion of Halloween, but due to a sudden test, the whole band had to be tested, according to the media, which write that Jon Bon Jovi confirmed that he was completely vaccinated.

The disappointed musician said he was feeling well, but would rather lie in bed than perform. After it all dragged out due to testing, the part of the band that was negative played their part of the performance in front of the audience.

This news comes hours after a photo surfaced on the Internet of Jon meeting a fan Edna Amendes in which neither wore masks.

Following Ed Sheeran's positive covid test, just a week before his album was released. Jon is probably one of the latest musicians who are covid positive.

Bon Jovi has upheld COVID rules before, empowering fans to remain at home to flatten the curve and wear masks.

Still, numerous comments online addressed Bon Jovi posting maskless photographs of himself welcoming fans, with remarks on the tweet perusing "This didn't age well" and  “hope that’s pre covid then.”
