British Queen Elizabeth II spent the night in the hospital for preliminary tests, but returned to Windsor Castle on Thursday and is in a good mood.
The Queen canceled her official trip to Northern Ireland on Wednesday, and the palace said doctors had recommended rest and said that it was not a covid 19.
