Quick and easy: Homemade bean pate!

You can prepare a simple bean spread in no time. The recipe is easy and those who are not too skilled in the kitchen will cope with it.

Beans are rich in protein – 100 grams of food contains about 20 grams of protein. It is rich in dietary fiber, as well as vitamins and minerals. It is best to use canned beans for this spread, although you can also separate 400 grams of white beans and cook them and prepare this delicacy.


  • 1 can of white beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • half a lemon
  • so, pepper
  • pepper


  1. Put oil, juice of half a lemon, grated, peeled garlic, spices to taste and drained canned beans or cooked and drained beans in a blender, and mash for a few minutes, until you get a compact mass. 
  2. If you do not have a blender, a stick or ordinary mixer can be used. 
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon or two of plain water. 
  4. If you do not like the taste of fresh garlic, you can fry it briefly in oil before adding it to the spread. 
  5. When you get the fine pate, transfer it to a bowl and store it in the refrigerator. 
  6. Serve with toasted bread.
