What to do if your hair is thin?

If your hair is thin, be sure to increase your protein and vegetable intake. The best sources of protein are fish, chicken, pork, milk, eggs, yogurt, nuts, and soy.

As simple as it may sound, never skip applying conditioner after shampooing, as this will, among other things, split your hair less because it will make it easier to comb.
