Menthol essential oil, based on mint, stimulates the entry of bile into the duodenum, where it starts digestion. Mint is an excellent prevention of stomach ulcers. It can also kill microorganisms that are common causes of digestive problems. If you feel nauseous, inhale the scent of peppermint essential oil several times.

Kim is great for bloating and relieves cramps

Kim seeds will very quickly make the bloating and feeling of heaviness inside the abdomen disappear. They relieve stomach cramps and they are often used for babies and young children. Put a 200ml of bowl water on the hob and let the liquid boil. Add a pinch of ground cumin seeds, a little sea salt, a bit of ground ginger and half a teaspoon of fennel seeds. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, then set aside. Strain and drink one glass of beverage once a day.
