"I'm getting old, what's going on," the Hollywood actor joked as a guest on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' on Tuesday.

"I messed up my eyes. I just got something in it that kinda cut it up, and then I've gotta get surgery - I have a hernia, I've got ribs out. I'm just getting beat up," Jason Momoa added.

Despite the injuries, Momoa also said that the Aquaman sequel would be "great".

When asked why he is constantly injured during filming, the actor who attracted the most attention by starring in the series "Game of Thrones", pointed out that his enthusiasm for work is the main cause.

"It's just like that. I love my job and I get too excited. A thing that has to do with age. I'm an older superhero now," Mamoa said.

The actor has been touring the United Kingdom in recent days, but also attended the London premiere of the science fiction film "Dune" with his fellow actresses Zendaya and Timothy Chalamet.
