Move as the team were one person, to correctly deploy this game it is important to understand that the ball will be the reference point to move:
- When one of the players move to one side to hit the ball the other partner must to move in the same direction, keeping the distance trying to cover the center of the court.
- In the same way, your partner would perform the same maneuver if the ball is being played in the other half of the court. In other words, the players move to the right and left in the same way as a car’s windshield wipers do so the player facing the ball does not lose his position since his partner covers the central free space that he has left open.
Keeping this simple rule in mind while you are playing padel it will improve your game as a team.
